“The Lagree Method,” a high-intensity, low-impact exercise method, tightens, strengthens, and tones in as little as 20-minutes a session by incorporating bodybuilding principles, such as Time Under Tension, which removes breaks from workouts and grants users the ability to sweat, shake, and persevere through the total duration of every class. In addition, many Lagree movements incorporate the use of 600 muscles at once, making this method even more time-efficient for those on the go and those looking for quick but lasting results.
Welcome to Lagree North Shore! We are Alex Bachmann and Felicia Land, two moms that met because of our love of fitness and we have been best friends since meeting over 5 years ago. We created Lagree North Shore to spread the love and knowledge of Lagree. We are newly certified level 1 & 2 instructors by Master Trainer Kat Nakada. As busy moms we know how important your time is and how much getting a good workout can affect your day. Our goal is to provide a safe and effective workout for everyone and anyone! Whether lagree is your primary mode of exercise or you are using it to enhance other areas of fitness either in the gym, on the mat or on a board! Lagree is for everyBODY and a great addition to any fitness routine. We focus on slow tempo, perfect form and provide hands on adjustments.
