Full Body Lagree class focusing on form, alignment and tempo. You will be sure to shake and sweat! Appropriate for all levels
Lagree is a core, strength and endurance workout. It is low impact, high intensity and hard! BUT you can do it, anyone can do it. It is great to be added into your already established fitness routine and also helpful to provide a foundation for other activities like surfing and jiu jitsu. Or if you have never worked out in your life, we are here to guide you through this! Enhances stability, core strength and mind/body connection.
